1. Who is responsible

Neafisha d.o.o.
Parmova Street 53, Ljubljana, 1000 Ljubljana
Email: privacy@zoomrace.live

2. Visiting the website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party content. Fonts, styles and images are served from our own server. Your browser doesn't store anything from us.

When you open a page, our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany)) processes technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working and secure website). Log files are deleted after 14 days.

3. Free ride at launch

ZoomRace hasn't launched yet. When you sign up for a free ride, we process your name and email address for these purposes:

We only use your name to address you personally in our emails.

We also store when you signed up and confirmed, and which version of the consent text you agreed to, so we can prove your consent. We do not store your IP address with your signup.

Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Signing up is voluntary; without your name and email we can't send you a free ride.

Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw at any time, with effect for the future, using the delete link in every email or by writing to privacy@zoomrace.live. The delete link removes your data immediately.

How long we keep it: we store your signup when you submit the form and mark it as confirmed once you click the link in our email. Only confirmed addresses receive the launch email. Signups are deleted once we have sent the launch email, and in any case no later than 365 days after you signed up.

4. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. Technical service providers process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR):

We send our emails through Twilio SendGrid. To deliver them, Twilio Inc. (USA) processes your email address, your name and the content of the email. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Twilio is certified, and on the standard contractual clauses in Twilio's data processing addendum (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR). We have switched off SendGrid's open and click tracking: our emails contain no tracking pixels and their links are not redirected.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21) under the GDPR. Just email privacy@zoomrace.live.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia or the one where you live.

6. No automated decisions

We don't use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
